Back to the "Schedule"

Well school is back in session and we are adjusting to our busy schedules of therapies, swim, school, and programs. I am very excited to see what great things this year is going to bring to the Osero Household. Both kids have great teachers/therapist....and of course Mom, heehee.

The kids School Pictures this year! WOW ~ did they grow up
Yesterday Danny had a WONDERFUL day with PT Peter. Here is a video of my Lil Man working so hard. Not only is he standing tall in his stander, he's holding and moving his head, tracking things, swallowing right, following what we ask of him to do, and trying to communicate....some may not see the BIG picture and think this to be nothing much, but this was a GREAT day for Danny :)

Here's alil video of Avrianna and her friends....Jammin away to Wii Dance. You can't help but smile watching them. They LOVE the Wii!!

It's that time of year and once again Dan is out hunting trying to find that Big score.....after 8 yrs of waiting for a bear license in WI he has his opportunity to get a Bear. Here is the HUGE beast that has been hanging around his stand. I told him he'd better be a good shot, cuz he's going to be an appetizer to this thing. AMAZING!! and Crazy that he wants to go in the woods when this Teddy Bear is there....NO WAY!
Last nite The Fox Valley Wave Swim started for the season. We are back in the swim of things. She will be swimming 4 days a week for 75 minutes and she will be participating in 6 different swim Meets throughout WI between Nov - Feb (Meets usually consist of Sat & Sun and being in the water by 8am -about 11)
We FINALLY got a watermelon ripe. We JUST picked this 2 days ago ~ this is the 3rd one we've picked but the first one that was ripe enough to eat. Not sure we are going to do Watermelons again. BUT boy is it delicious!!
Our Tomato canning stash from this years harvest.....BUT a mental note IS ~ Do NOT trust Dan's sense of "heat" as ALL OF THESE ARE TOO HOT for us to eat. The recipe has now been rewritten and there will be NO MORE crushed red peppers put in. YIKES!!
It's a good thing that we harvested everything out of our garden....this morning there was frost as the temps were in the low 30's last nite. Um BRrrrrrrrrr ~ I'm not ready for this!!
Next week is going to be a busy one medically ~ per say....
First we have an appt to see Danny Neurologist and talk about what's been going on with Danny. He's FOREVER changing his neuroligical status and with the last EEG showing no active seizure activity during these episodes we have to figure out what's going on during these and see if they are causing more damage and/or if they can be treated. My gut says not so many good things are happening with him as they are coming on more frequently and intense :( Despite his smile and laugh these are NOT FUN! More poor bug ~ even the neurologist stated how heartbreaking it was to watch Danny in this video ;(

Straight from that appt is down to CHOW for a 4 day stay to get him set up on the vent. So Dan will be on Avrianna duty....god help him ~ LOL. I'm anxious about the vent, I'm not going to lie. I'm all for helping Danny's and giving him a better quality of life, but it's just scary step and I'm sure it's going to be very frustrating to get the vent to play nice with Danny. NOTHING goes smoothly so I'm already anticipating a struggle :( But we will get through this too, one day at a time, I'm sure of it!
Thanks for stopping by and checking on us!!

Girl Scout sleepover N Stuff

Thursday nite into Friday we threw a Mom n Me Girl Scout Sleepover. Great times!! Everyone got along, and it looked like everyone had a great time.
Our sleeping area for the nite :) This is in the back of our yard.Pool time !!
Our Troop Leader.....she's great! Thanks Michelle for all that you do with our girls
The Girls! What a great group we have :)
Some of The Mom's
We had projects and activities planned but all they wanted to do was SWIM!Danny had to put on his charm seeing there were many pretty girls here....my flirt :)At the bon fire roasting smores!
All tuckered out and sleeping. I'm amazed that 11pm and they were all pretty much out. Gotta love all the pool time :)
Before 7am and they are already back in the pool...........Brrrrrrrrrr!
Our Garden is growing like wild fire once again this year. I've already canned 4 quarts and 8 pints of tomato sauce and the tomatoes are just starting to turn red, holy tomotoes :)

The zucchini well .........
Tomorrow is a fun filled day at CHOW for appts with Lil Man. First is xrays of Danny's Spine and Hips then to chat with Ortho on the "findings" of the xrays. My gut says we are going to see some issues with Danny's left hip now but the pic
tures will tell. I think Danny sprouted too so we'll have to see if he is due for another growth on his VEPTR rods. Danny really likes to keep Ortho busy. After ortho we head to Trache/Vent clinic, another interesting appt. Not only because it's about a 2 hour appt (we see about 5 docs/nurses, it's great they come to us) but we've been dancing with the putting Danny on a vent at nite so now that the Pulm Dr and I will be face to face we'll be making some big decisions I'm sure of it. UGH ~ I feel sick already!! I made an appt this morning for next week...Danny will be having another 48 hours EEG done. Then when we have our appt with Neuro next month we can talk about the findings on that with him. Let the appts begin!
Avrianna has been a busy bee making more Tie Dye things....she's getting really good ~ My lil Hippie!
Last weekend I had an Eye Candi Open House party here at the house....and despite the crappy turn out we had a nice time. I think we'll have to do another one in the fall when everyone istn' so busy. Of course my buys!! If interested in checking out her stuff click HERE
Danny is enjoying pool time ~ it's been so brutally hot here so pool time is a MUST :) We even have Danny's Physical therapist doing aqua therapy now too. LOVE IT!!
Well school is approaching us...wow, where did the summer go? Registration for Danny is this week. I'm interested to see how this year is going to play out, as the Special Ed teacher is no longer there so there will be a new one. I'm hoping that the school district gets a teacher JUST for the home bound kids, we'll see...... change might be good. I just HOPE that his therapists stay the same! Next week Ms Avrianna has her registration and pictures. We already have all her school supplies and her outfit picked out. She's really excited to see who her teacher is going to be this year.
Here is Danny working on his new iPad2 mirrored on the TV and with the switch interface ~
Yesterday I put together a block party cook out and it was a hit! I'm glad we had such a nice turn out. Watch a bunch of great neighbors we have!! Party Party Party!!
Thanks for stopping by to check in on us!!
Don't forget to pledge a donation in honor of Avrianna n Danny for our Make A Wish Walk on Sept. 13th 2011. Please Click HERE to go to our team page and PLEDGE now. We THANK YOU for helping my WISHES come true with children that have life threatening condition.

Better Days at HOME

Danny has been lounging around at home.........While Avrianna keeps him occupied ~ I LOVE watching these two :) What a great relationship these to have. They both adore each other :)
Life has been pretty hectic around here the last week. The beginning of the week was brutal with Danny rapidly getting sicker n sicker. UGH! Gail had her work cut out for her on Mon and Tues of last week. Danny was HIGH MAINTENANCE with needing to be suctioned constantly, gut issues, and doctors appts. We managed to keep him at home from any hospital admissions, but it was getting pretty close there for a few days. WAY TO GO ALEANA n GAIL!! We are still waiting to hear from CHOW to see if Pulmonary wants to have Danny put on Cpap over night and when he's sick to help keep his lungs open. One of Danny's issues is he's shallow breathing which allows areas of his lungs to get atelectasis or collapsing of his lungs. The ONE thing Danny has going for him is that he does have "healthy" lungs it's his muscle tone that isn't helping to clean the lungs out. Seeing we already bi passed his upper air way issues with the trache now we might have to help him clear the lungs better with the Cpap. It's alil scary as this means a ventilator. SIGH ~ I'm sick to my stomach. I know it's just another step in the forever lasting path of Danny and really I'm ok with it, but it's a VENT, ugh. It's amazing how through the "Danny" process the train of thought changes....all for the good :) But I can remember how I thought NO WAY a vent and then I've met these wonderful children that have vents and maintain and great life style. Now I'm still for no vent IF Danny isn't Danny anymore. God forbid something should happen and his personality and thrive isn't there anymore then I couldn't let a machine keep him here just for my self reasons. As long as I see the fight in him and will FIGHT FOR HIM!!
10.5 more days of school BUT who's counting. YIKES! Avrianna can't wait! Danny is already done with school. With him being so ill I cancelled therapies for the rest of this year for him to recover, but boy do we miss the therapist's. The last few weeks Avrianna has had alot of fun projects to do at school. She just did a learning box about the state of Tennessee and went in front of the class to talk about what she's learned and enjoyed about the state. She was excited she got a state that we drive through when we go down to Florida (We are planning on 3 trips down to FL next school year ~ YAY). Today she has a skit to do about the precipitation stages so this weekend we were making clouds and raindrops to go with her speech while her partner made a sun and lake. I hope they do well. Next week they have an ice cream social at school and then the day before the last day Dan and I volunteered to go on a 3rd grade field trip to the Milwaukee museum. God help us, LOL! I've never been there so I'm excited to go....just not the bus ride to get there. Then the summer break is here!! Avrianna is going to busy with Drama, Girl Scout camp, and having her cousin here for almost a month. We are taking a family vacation to St Louis..camping out at Jellystone Park, going to the Arch, Six Flags Great America, and what ever else trips our trigger :) Danny just behave himself!! We are going without any nurses.
Yesterday Dan started to plant the Osero Organic garden 2011. He got it about half planted before the storms started to roll in. Now to wait patiently to reap the benefits of having our own garden. While Dan planted the garden I moved the lawn, Avrianna went swimming in the pool (YIKES ~ it's not heated yet and COLD) yeap she is NUTS, and Danny supervised with Gails assistance. Somehow I was the only one that got burnt...I mean SCORCHED! I'm going to have to check to see if any of my meds have sun burn effects cuz ...... WOW I'm red. I was only out for around 3 hrs on the lawn mower but it looks as if I was out for 3 days. I hope it tans and it doesn't peel. I have to do my annual check over with my dermatologist on Thursday....I don't think he's going to be impressed with me. Whoops!
More tornados were storming through the area and in other states yesterday. My thoughts in prayers are with the families that were effected with the storms. I can't believe the severity of the storms not only already but just this year alone. I can't remember being in the basement this much....once a year, maybe twice. BUT we've been down there already 3 times and the season has JUST begun. UNREAL!!

We Are Here

Boy has the time slipped away from us :) So I have some of updating to do.

We had Whitney, cousin from Tomahawk, over for additional week and we had a BLAST with her here. I surprised the girls and took them to Noah's Ark last Thursday. I told them we were running errands for the day BUT when we ended up in Wisconsin Dells the over 2 hour ride wasn't so bad, lol. I was alil nervous about the rides, as I know I'm not as young as I used to be plus both girls had NEVER been on a water slide before. Of course they picked one of the biggest ones to go on first....they were very quiet while waiting in line going up multiple flights of stairs and then they had to tell me, when we were almost to the top, that they had butterflies in their tummies. I could tell they were nervous, heehee, and the noises they made going down the dark tunneled drop to now where confirmed they weren't too sure.....UNTIL it was over the they BOTH yelled out "THAT WAS AWESOME". Right there and then I I knew I was in trouble, YIKES! We ended up going on ALL but 3 of the rides and we had the best time. Thankfully the girls didn't make the weight requirement for the looped water slide, and they weren't into the two that were straight drops......phew ~ I will live to see another day, LOL. Dan and Danny bonded for the day while us girls played :)
The next day we had the neighbor kids over for a sleep over so we ended up having 5 kids in the house that night. The more the merrier I always say!! Luckily they weren't night owls that evening. I put a movie in around 9:30 for them and when I checked on them at 10:15 everyone was out.
On Tuesday Danny, his nurse, and I went down to CHOW for trache/vent clinic and post op from the VEPTR revision. The whole day went well for Danny. He was a trooper for the road trip and he gets GOLD stars for all the appts. I love having great appts, but on the other hand it's alot of work to get him there early in the morning for them to say he is great no changes need to be done. After his appt we went to the The Cheesecake Factory, oh yah it was soooo yummy :0).
Wednesday was Danny's last day of TPN, Yahoo! His gut is tolerating G-tube feeds once again and he's having BM's all on his own. He's not back to what he used to be but he's doing well, baby steps. So after the labs I took on Thursday came back all looking well his nurse Friday pulled the PICC line. Even though the PICC is the best thing for him to have for blood draws and quick intervention is was wonderful to pull it BEFORE an infection started. Unfortunately yesterday afternoon he started the tears and holding his breath when crying so I've upped his pain meds and have an email into his doc. Of course this all happens once again on a weekend but of all things the day after we pull the PICC line. I'm just sick to my stomach wondering if it's another hardware issue. GOD I hope not...I don't think he'll be having the hardware in for long if it is. We can NOT go through another hardware mishap/failure. We'll see what happens in the next few days and I'll keep you updated.
When we got home from the day hanging out at CHOW, to my surprise, the second photo shoot we'd done with Nicci at Little Foot Photography was in the mail. I opened it up immediately and I'm SO happy with the pictures this time around. They are AMAZING! I already have my portrait on order. I can't wait to put it up on the wall. Here are my favorites ~
True LOVE ~ BFF's
Her eyes are stunning ~ she's SO beautiful
Are there any words for this? I just cried!I will post more later as this computer isn't liking the idea of downloading pictures.
I've been dealing with a headache and some spasticity issues the last week which have been oh so much fun to function with, Grrrrr. But I'm trying to keep on keeping on with it and not let it drag me down too much. I have a Neuro appt in two weeks so I'll address it with her then and see what she has say about any relief. I'm not sure if it's a MS thing or my thyroid acting up as the symptoms I'm having can be connected with either. This is frustrating!
Unfortunately my computer died on me...it just went blank one day while working on it. So today I'm heading out to get a replacement. Until then I've been working on Dan's antique, LOL. It gets the job done but VERY SLOWLY, heehee.
I can't believe school is right around the corner (first day is the 1st of Sept.), but we, ok I am, so ready to get back into the swing of things. I am a proud mother of a Third and First grader, OMG where has the time gone. Both kids are registered and ready for the first day of school. Danny will continue to be "homebound" status, so that means the teacher and therapist will be coming to the house to work with him once a week. I can't wait to see them all again and show off how BIG Danny has gotten over the summer. I was hoping to have Lil Man start right away BUT with the new on set of pain I'm not too sure what is going to happen.
The garden continues to spit out ALOT of veggies ~ We've already pickled about 25 quarts of cucumbers and given so many away....so I can tell you we are NOT planting those next year, LOL. The corn is doing great, but we had a nasty wind storm 2 days ago that knocked it all over so I hope they haven't gotten ruined. I haven't gone out to the garden much as with all the rain it's a mucky mess and with the amount of mosquitoes around here, there's no way! Yeap I'm a wimp and not fan of them, LOL. So Dan has been the sole gardener.
The ABC show Extreme Home Makeover has been in our little town of Neenah, for the last week making an extreme home for a family here. It's AMAZING to see what happens when doing these homes, and how extreme the homes get from start to finish in a matter of only 7 days. Wow ~ the buzz was on in Neenah :) I can't wait to see what was filmed for the TV part of the show.
This week we have Dan's Dad and Claudia coming down to visit for a few days. Dan and his Dad have a conference
Thanks for stopping by to check on us ~ I hope to be more on the ball with my updates. I'm sure once school starts and I have more of "ME" time I will get back to posting more often :)

REALLY ?!? What Next!

A storm is a brewing...the story of our weather EVERY day the last few days. I'm so sick of wet! Rain! Our drainage ponds are FULL FULL. Ugh~ NO MORE rain please!
But the clouds are just amazing to watch ~
As with with weather ~ a storm is brewing again with......ME. UGH~ I'm so sick of illness! I try NOT to ask "what next" as I know (all too well) there could be that something around the corner, BUT come on how many corners am I going to come across. I've had my fair share, that's for sure ~ I'm trying to stay up beat and shrug it off...but there comes a time when you just want to know "What the hell did I do? Was it a sick joke to have me on this earth? Do you just want me to crack?" You can only pick yourself up soooooooooo many times and then you start to wonder if you should just stay down. I'm blogging about it because I blog about everything and I'm hoping (as it has before) I'll feel better afterwards. I've blogged about the thyroid issues that I've been having before........the follow up blood work that I had before Danny's surgery still had shown my TSH level and a few others low. The ultrasound I had, had a nodule show up on the left side of my thyroid. I called my primary doc when Danny was in the hospital to ask "what next". I was told they still just wanted to watch it, come back in 3 months. Well I've been watching it for a year now and now I have a nodule...so I asked to be referred to a specialist. Yesterday I saw an endocrine doc. After he got ALL and the proper information (frustrating) we went through everything with a fin tooth comb. He was a very educated and compassionate doc, he even called me (personally) two time yesterday afternoon to ask me some more questions :) We went through all my labs and images from the last year and he found not only a nodule on the left but "something" on the right also. He looked at my head MRI's and found "something" on my pituitary gland, I've had issues with my pituitary for MANY years. Now I will be getting more images of both....Come to find out the thyroid and pituitary work together ~ in the scheme of things. So this morning bright n early (before 8am) I had to return to have more blood work done to check the functions of both the thyroid n the pituitary. The doctor had already called me (personally) a few hours after the test and even though they are low he thinks we can still watch them..... BUT ..... if the biopsy I go to tomorrow shows what he thinks then all bets are off. With the nodule on the left side he is disturbed by the shape and that it has calcium deposits in it. So he thinks it "could be" cancer. REALLY?!? If it is cancer it can be removed and treated very easily. So it's not that I'm necessarily scared (don't get me wrong no one likes that word) I'm just frustrated that it's ALWAYS something. I mean ..... WHAT NEXT????????? Ok I asked it, so knock it off already! I have enough on my plate, I'm FULL, OVERFLOWING even!!
I will keep you updated on everything that goes on. I have to go in next week for nuclear medicine imaging, and more MRI's. I have to be at the hospital at noon tomorrow and it will take alil over an hour for the biopsy and the endocrine doc called me to let me know he will be doing the biopsy tomorrow too. WOW! I'm not all too impressed to fast for 4 hours before (ugh no morning coffee, well I'll have to do coffee bongs before 8am LOL) and I'm definitely too impressed to have a needle stuck in my throat. YIKES!
Danny's been alil out of sorts since he's been home. I'm kinda bummed about it, as he's been quite fuzzy. We're trying to figure out where and why. He's so complicated that it could be a number of things. I'd give ANY thing if he could just point so I knew where to start. It could be pain, lord knows he's entitled..but he was so good the first week it's not top on my priority list. It could be cramping from his tummy starting to move and wake up. It could be his tummy from trying to feed him and it disagreeing or he could just feel hungry because he's getting his nutrition via TPN still. UGH!!! On the brighter side he has had BM's both yesterday and today all by himself WITHOUT enema's. CODE BROWN ~ Woot woot! We have bowel sounds! The process has begun, phew! Now to keep it up, Danny!!
Here he is 1 week post op!

All the bruises have popped up, poor thing! BUT it looks worse then he is acting about it. I'm so proud of him :)

If looks could kill........boy was he upset with us. This was after having to take the tape off for the second time because he solid the wound dressing AFTER we JUST changed them. Sorry buddy but it has to be clean!

This has been the face we've had to look at the last couple of days. He's just miserable! He doesn't like any position, sigh. Just breaks my heart to see him like this. He's been so upset you can hear him....he's been pushing the air right past the nose and up to his vocal cords. I ALWAYS LOVE to hear his voice, but not like this :(

The garden is growing like a weed (not to mention growing weeds, LOL). It's so cool to watch it grow from the seed to the produce. I wasn't sure how we'd do our first year at gardening, BUT we've done pretty good :)

Holy Corn!!

Fresh produce right out of the garden....it doesn't get any better then that :)

Thanks for stopping in to check on us....sorry it was such a downer post. I know some of you were really worried about me the last couple days. Don't worry ~ I'll be ok :) I've been VERY busy with Danny, I tried to keep myself occupied, and with all the doc appt lately I haven't alot of time to chat. I just needed to zone for awhile! Thanks for all your support guys....I don't know how I would do it some days ~

What we're up too

Today Avrianna had her play for her summer school in drama. She was Wendy in the Peter Pan skit. She did WONDERFUL....I had no doubt as drama is her middle name, LOL. I'm very proud of her :) She did a lil gymnastics act, remembered all her lines, and spoke loud n clear for all to hear. VERY NICE JOB!

So Beautiful ~ Can't believe my baby girl........

...... looks SO GROWN UP :)

It's been pretty crazy around here the last two days. Dan's dad, Papa, has been in the hospital. They had thought he was having a heart attack. After two days of test n procedures they are finding it wasn't...his heart does have so minor things going on but nothing to warrant his pain. So they were going to keep him overnight yet tonight and send him home tomorrow. UM......NO you haven't found out what's wrong with him. Don't you think you'd keep looking if he's still having chest pain, even if the heart checks out? Dan is up there with his Dad right now so I'm hoping he steps up and questions them on what they are going to do about looking into it more. It's GREAT that it wasn't a heart attack BUT what's going on then. I can't believe how narrow minded some docs can be. UGH!
We are still planning on going UP NORTH FOR THE FOURTH to be with Papa n Claudia for the holiday weekend, even if it's just popping in the hospital to say HI and give him some much needed grief (LOL) or we're going to bring up the camper and hang out at their place. With Dan being up north already I'll pack up and drive the kids up there in the camper.
Surgery is a GO for Danny's spine on July 13th. All his labs came back within Danny "normal" limits. The only thing pending is if we'll be able to get his PICC line placed up here a couple days before or if we'll need to go alil earlier in the morning of surgery to have it placed down at CHOW. We're waiting to hear if the local hospital can get the proper PICC line that Danny needs as they don't carry them so it's a special order thing...go figure!
I had a follow up with my neurologist this week. They are finding that I have lost some strength and sight all on my left side. I've noticed it alil but no enough to hinder me in anyway :) They also did some labs and once again my Thyroid numbers are too low meaning I have hypothyroidism. I'm awaiting consult from my primary doc to find out what the plan of attack is. Not really what I wanted to hear, BUT oh well. It's going to be very hard to determine what's what as an MS flare and the symptoms of low thyroid are VERY close. Just what I need two different diagnosis with the same symptoms, BRING IT ON! LOL
Bailey has been a very good girl and I haven't had to put the cone back on. Her incisions are healing very nicely. :)
Not only do we have Osero's organic garden BUT we had 6 fruit trees planted this week too. We have an orchard that consists of 2 pear, 2 plum, and 2 apple trees. Ya I know, like I need any more to do, but I think it's going to be neat. As long as I can keep those darn deer out of the yard. Today, in the middle of the day with us outside, we had 2 deer walk right into the yard. Yes they have NO FEAR! So looks like I'm going to have to start to play hard ball. They have at least left the garden alone since the fence went up. Yesterday I went out to put up the rings around the tomato bushes (yes they are no longer plants, they are HUGE) which I've realized the next year I will need to put them up alot sooner. Live n learn, right? I believe we already have about 25 tomato's :) Dan already ate a hot banana pepper right from the plant....I don't think he's going to do that again, LOL. Why is it guys get cocky when it comes to eating hot things, maybe some day he'll live n learn. Hahahahahahha ~ I doubt it!
Avrianna has gone over to a friends house tonight for a sleepover, Dan's up north with his Dad, and Danny & I are enjoying the peace n quiet. Not sure what we'll do with our free night, but I think there's a sappy movie and cocktail in store for this momma :) Danny doesn't mind watching the tear jerker movie with me.
Thanks for stopping by to check in on us. We LOVE hearing from you too so drop us a note in the comments or in our guestbook. Please have a SAFE n Happy 4th of July!

BACK on!

Look at this SMILE! Danny is doing so well and he has been in such a good mood.....I'm LOVING IT! (knock on wood)

Lately every time I take Danny outside a bee thinks it won the lottery with Danny's flower on the wheelchair. REALLY, and they are suppose to be smart?

I got confirmation yesterday Danny is having the VEPTR2 back surgery on July 13th around 10:15am. This surgery is "suppose" to be less traumatic on Danny and still have good benefits. This one has significant differences from the first surgery we almost did.....time of surgery is around 2 hours vs 8 and Danny's blood loss is alot less during surgery. We are still working diligently with the powers that be at CHOW to get all the loose ends together, but I think we are headed in the right direction. I'm excited and freaking all at the same time. I am very glad the surgery was able to be done before the beginning of school for next year. So the brunt of the recovery for Danny should be over with once we start his therapies back up. I'm freaking out, as most of you all know it's been one thing after the other once we step in that hospital, sigh......BUT I'm hoping for a better experience this time. Please cross your fingers!! I really want this to go well, not for just the obvious reasons, but we've worked so very hard to find a GREAT team of doctors to follow Danny and I just don't want to have to go through finding new ones, as if I can't feel that it's a "safe" place for my kids when it comes to the quality of care I will have to look else where. I will NOT settle for second best when it comes to the health and well being of my kids. The only disadvantage to all of this, of course the week I'm gone for his surgery, is the same week Avrianna has her summer Girl Scout Camp. I will have to get reports of how things went each day via phones calls, so I'm kinda bummed about that. The good thing is, the only day Dan will be gone (day of surgery) so he won't be able to get Avrianna to n from the bus stop, is my mom's is day off so she's going to help out.
Avrianna is still loving all her summer activities, she is practicing for a play that she is going to be Wendy from Peter Pan which she is very excited about. She also has been playing with her friends. I'm so glad we built here, wonderful families around us the area is so nice to raise your kids :)
Bailey is still sporting the cone of shame even though the wounds are healing VERY well she insists on licking, Grrrrrrrr. I do think it will only be a couple more days and she can be "trusted" to have it off more often.
The garden continues to grow! Honestly I am pleasantly SURPRISED at how well things are doing, now to see what the final out come does at harvest time.
